CY2-Luteolin

CY2-Luteolin/Cyanine2-Luteolinis a multifunctional biological reagent labeled with near-infrared fluorescence.CY2 is a commonly used fluorescent dye with an excitation wavelength of about 480-500nm and an emission wavelength of about 500-520nm. It exhibits bright green fluorescence, high fluorescence quantum yield, and good photostability. It performs well in fluorescence detection and imaging of conventional biological samples, and is suitable for fluorescence labeling needs in cell and tissue slicing scenarios. However, its tissue penetration depth is weaker than near-infrared fluorescent dyes.

It can be used for biological imaging, targeted drug delivery, biosensor construction, and natural product mechanism research.
